These Terms of Service govern your use of WalkUpPrint, a self-service printing service operated by Asbestikum Industrial Communications (Pty) Ltd ("WalkUpPrint", "we", "us", or "our").
WalkUpPrint provides walk-up, self-service printing at participating partner locations. You upload a document from your mobile device, pay through our payment processor (Yoco), and your document is printed at the partner location.
All payments are processed by Yoco, a licensed South African payment provider. WalkUpPrint does not store your card details. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required before printing commences.
You agree not to use WalkUpPrint to print content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates these terms.
If your print fails due to a printer malfunction, paper jam, or other technical issue on our side, contact us at chris@asbestikum.com with the job reference and we will refund or reprint at no charge. Refunds are not provided for content errors in the source document or incorrect print options selected by the user.
WalkUpPrint and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant print job.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
